Misty Lynn Walker had endured a lifetime of tragedy by the time she was five years old. A missing person's case, a horrible car accident, and a losing battle with leukemia; her Mother, Father, and only sister had been taken in two year intervals. After marrying her high school sweetheart in 1991, making a family, doing a stint of stand-up comedy, and writing a book (non-fiction) "Little Misty: My Big Red Button," she continues to share her thoughts and life experiences on her blog.

1) MISSING PERSONS CASE - My mother, Debra Ann Wilhite, has been a missing person from Evansville, Indiana since October 1974 when I was a year old.

2) LOSS OF A SECOND PARENT - My father, Jeff Wilhite, was killed in an auto/train accident in 1976 when I was three years old.
